Khon Kaen · Household Admin Service
We had documents in three different apps and no one ever knew where the school calendar was kept. After Kinly set up our shared folders, that changed very quickly. It sounds simple but the effect on our week was noticeable. My husband stopped asking me where things were.

Udon Thani · Co-Parenting Toolkit
The handover checklist alone was worth it. My daughter goes between two homes every week and we always forgot something — permission forms, sports kit, medication. Having the checklist at both addresses cut that down straight away. The calendar template took a bit of getting used to but it works well.

Khon Kaen · Blended-Family Workshop
We attended as a couple — we have four children between us. The workshop was practical and did not try to tell us how our family should work. It focused entirely on how we share information and who is responsible for what. That was exactly what we needed. The calendar section ran a bit long but the take-home summary was useful.

Kalasin · Co-Parenting Toolkit
My ex and I had tried to coordinate using text messages and it was constantly getting lost or misread. The information-sharing log in the toolkit changed that. We fill it in at handover and both households have access. It has removed a lot of small friction from what can be a tense situation.

Khon Kaen · Household Admin Service
We are a busy household with an elderly parent, two school-age children and a lot of moving parts. The contact directory and reminder setup has made managing appointments and school events much less stressful. The setup was done in about two days and Nattaya was very responsive throughout.

Maha Sarakham · Blended-Family Workshop
I appreciated that the session kept to what it was described as — coordination and logistics. We had been to another session elsewhere that blurred into relationship advice, which was not what we wanted at this stage. Kinly's workshop stayed practical throughout and we left with a working shared calendar.

IN DETAIL
Case studies
A closer look at three household situations and how Kinly supported the logistical side of each one.
CASE STUDY 01 · CO-PARENTING TOOLKIT
Two households, one school schedule
CHALLENGE
A Khon Kaen family with two children moving between homes every week was managing all coordination through phone messages. Important school notices, permission slips and sports schedules were regularly missed at one household or the other, causing frustration on both sides.
WHAT KINLY DID
We set up the Co-Parenting Logistics Toolkit adapted to their specific school calendar and transition days. This included a shared weekly summary document, a handover checklist customised to the children's needs and a shared school-events calendar accessible to both households.
OUTCOME
Within the first school fortnight, both parents reported fewer missed notices. The handover checklist reduced the number of items left at the wrong house. The family continues to use the shared summary document as their primary coordination method.
"We stopped blaming each other for missed things. The tools made it clear that it wasn't about effort — we just didn't have the right structure." — Parent, Khon Kaen
CASE STUDY 02 · HOUSEHOLD ADMIN SERVICE
A busy household with scattered documentation
CHALLENGE
A three-generation household in Khon Kaen was managing medical appointments, school schedules, utility bills and care rotas for an elderly family member using a mix of paper notes and individual phone apps. Nothing was shared consistently between household members.
WHAT KINLY DID
We created a shared folder structure with named sections for medical contacts, school documents, household utilities and recurring appointments. A household contact directory was set up, along with reminder prompts for key recurring dates — medication refills, school fee payments and maintenance schedules.
OUTCOME
Setup took three working days. The family found the folder structure straightforward and reported that locating documents had become significantly easier. The reminder system reduced missed appointments in the first two months of use.
"Everything is in one place now. My daughter can find things without calling me, which is a relief for both of us." — Parent, Khon Kaen
CASE STUDY 03 · BLENDED-FAMILY WORKSHOP
Establishing communication norms in a new combined household
CHALLENGE
Two partners who had recently combined households — each bringing children from previous relationships — had no shared system for managing schedules, decisions about school and children's activities. Minor misunderstandings about who had communicated what were becoming a source of friction.
WHAT KINLY DID
We ran the Blended-Family Logistics Workshop as a private session for the couple. The session covered how to build a shared calendar across four children's schedules, how to decide who holds which responsibility and how to set up a simple communication system for updates between partners.
OUTCOME
The couple left with a working shared calendar framework and a written note of the communication norms they had agreed during the session. Three months later, they reported that the agreed process was still in place and that day-to-day coordination had settled significantly.
"We needed someone to help us set the structure without telling us how to feel about it. That's exactly what the workshop did." — Workshop participant
